Videonystagmography (VNG)
This is an important diagnostic tool in neurology that is used to identify a range of neural issues. You’ve likely heard the cliche that eyes are the window to the soul, and for our purposes we might say that eyes are the window to the brain. How your eyes move and track can tell us a lot about how you brain is functioning. These unique looking goggles track your eye movement relative to a test that is shown on the display in front of you.
The VNG (in concert with the Sacadometer) along with the CAPS and our bedside neurologic exam are tools that help us gather the pieces of your puzzle so we can put you back together again.
