The Vestibular System – Part 2
When these systems are not working, it can be very uncomfortable. You might experience vertigo, nausea, or other discomforts. It is important that we take care of the vestibular system. Here at The Neuro Clinic we utilize a number of different devices and therapies to bring a lagging vestibular system up to par. We might use rotational exercises or movements to stimulate vestibular feedback.


The Vestibular System – Part 1
Frequently in conditions like post concussion syndrome or other physically traumatic events, there were shearing forces inside the brain that affected the vestibular system. The resulting vestibular damage might cause a patient to feel dizzy, nauseous, have a really hard time reading, or they might experience some autonomic changes (feeling more anxious or nervous than normal).


Rebuilder – Therapy for Neuropathy and Radiculopathy
Many individuals suffer from some form of nervous system disfunction at some point in their life, whether it be neuropathy or radiculopathies like sciatica. One therapy we utilize for these conditions utilizes electrical stimulation via our rebuilder device.


Videonystagmography (VNG)
How your eyes move and track can tell us a lot about how you brain is functioning. These unique looking goggles track your eye movement relative to a test that is shown on the display in front of you.


Repetitive Peripheral Somatosensory Stimulation (RPSS)
RPSS, also referred to as Somatosensory Evoked Potential (SSEP) tests and/or stimulates the conduction of your nervous system. In our office, we mainly utilize the technology to stimulate specific parts of the nervous system as part of your treatment.
